Madeleine Joseph is an experienced Energy Systems Performance Engineer at SOLV Energy, since June 2021. Previously, Madeleine worked as a Research Intern at the Center for Energy Research (PISCES Lab) at UCSD from May 2017 to September 2018, where collaboration led to significant advancements in plasma behavior through innovative data collection methods and Python coding for analysis. Prior to that, Madeleine gained valuable customer service skills as a Barista at Turquoise Coffee and as a Sales Associate at Motoworld of El Cajon, demonstrating strong interpersonal abilities and teamwork. Madeleine holds a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering from UC San Diego, completed in 2021, and has educational experience from San Diego Mesa College and Santa Barbara City College.
