Khalia Davis is a seasoned legal professional with experience in corporate counsel and compliance. Currently serving as Corporate Legal Counsel at SOLV Energy, Khalia previously held the positions of Corporate Counsel/Director of Compliance at Swinerton and DBE Compliance Manager at the Washington State Department of Transportation. Khalia also served as an Assistant Attorney General at the Washington State Attorney General's Office. Academic qualifications include a Bachelor of Arts in Linguistics from the University of Washington and a Juris Doctor from Mitchell Hamline School of Law.
