Essam Laskar serves as a Senior Project Engineer at SOLV Energy since December 2021, previously holding the position of Electrical Engineer at Kiewit from January 2020 to November 2021, where responsibilities included the design of a Solar Collector Substation and a Substation Circuit Breaker upgrade project. Prior to Kiewit, Essam worked as an Electrical Engineer in Digital Grid at Exelon from January 2019 to January 2020, focusing on the design and maintenance of corporate fiber optic networks and upgrading the Dense Wavelength Division Multiplexing system in Maryland. Essam holds a Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering from the University of Maryland, earned between 2014 and 2018.
