Brian Hoadley is a multi-faceted Senior Project Manager with extensive experience in Pre-Construction Management, Construction Management, Quality Control, Risk Management, and Business Development. Currently serving as Pre-Construction Project Manager at SOLV Energy since January 2023, Brian has effectively collaborated with stakeholders to lead and manage over $95M in renewable and commercial/industrial electrical projects over the past eight years. Previous roles include Senior Project Manager at New Era Electric LLC and Electrical Project Manager at M Bar C Construction, among others. Brian's educational background includes degrees in Electrical Theory and Business Administration, obtained from Associated Builders and Contractors in San Diego and Palomar College, respectively.
