Tricia Theisen has a diverse background in client services and customer support, currently working in Client Services at Solutran since February 2021. Tricia also serves as a Stylist at Color Street and a Consultant at Usborne Books & More, both roles initiated in 2020 and 2019, respectively. Prior experience includes a Customer Service Representative position at Ceramic Tileworks from 2017 to 2021 and various roles at TPI Hospitality, including Assistant General Manager, Front Desk Supervisor, and Night Auditor, from 2011 to 2017. Earlier, Tricia was a Lead Cashier at ULTA Beauty from 2009 to 2011. Tricia is an alumna of North Hennepin Community College.
