Vishal Chandrasekar is a seasoned professional in CRM solutions and project management, currently serving as the Head of the CRM Centre of Excellence and Project Management Office at Solutions Metrix since July 2022. Prior to this role, Vishal held various positions at Psiog Digital from March 2019 to July 2022, including Lead of CRM Implementations and Senior Analyst for CRM Implementations. Experience also includes a role as Customer Experience Specialist at Pizza Nova and multiple positions at Cognizant from February 2015 to June 2018, culminating in Senior Analyst for CRM Solutions. Vishal holds a Post Graduate degree in Computer Systems Networking and Telecommunications from Centennial College, as well as a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science from the University of Madras.
