Kyuwon Lee is an experienced professional in communication and media studies, currently serving as the Manager of Training & Curriculum at Solutions Journalism Network since June 2019. In this role, Kyuwon leads the organization's Train-the-Trainers program and has previously held positions including International Associate, Practice Change Associate, and Practice Change Intern. Notably, Kyuwon has focused on fostering global opportunities, community development, and East Asian partnerships while curating a weekly newsletter. Prior experience includes serving as a Research Assistant at the Asan Institute for Policy Studies, where Kyuwon conducted interviews for case analyses on North Korean defectors, and as an Intern Reporter at The Dong-A Ilbo, contributing to various media platforms.
