Elizabeth Share has a diverse range of work experience in the nonprofit sector. Elizabeth is currently serving as the Chief of Strategic Relations at Solutions Journalism Network, a role they have held since November 2022. Prior to this, they were the Vice President of Strategic Relations at Solutions Journalism Network from April 2021 to March 2023, where they played a key role in spreading the practice of solutions journalism.
Elizabeth also has experience in philanthropy and foundation management. Elizabeth founded Wise Giving in July 2000, providing a variety of services to private clients and assisting nonprofits with their fundraising and program goals. Elizabeth has worked with notable organizations and individuals, such as the Isabel Allende Foundation, Khaled Hosseini Foundation, and Chez Panisse Foundation.

Elizabeth also has experience in the field of investigative journalism. Elizabeth served as the Chief Development Officer at The Center for Investigative Reporting from January 2015 to March 2019 and held the role of Senior Director, Foundation Relations at the Center for Investigative Reporting from January 2013 to January 2015.

Elizabeth Share obtained their Bachelor of Arts degree in Social Welfare from the University of California, Berkeley, where they studied from 1975 to 1979. In 2016, they attended the Harvard Kennedy School and completed a Certificate in Nonprofit Management, focusing on Nonprofit Leadership and Fundraising. Additionally, in October 2017, they obtained a certification in Nonprofit Financial Stewardship from Harvard Business School and Harvard Kennedy School of Government.
