April Joyce is an experienced human resources professional currently serving as a Human Resources Generalist at Solutions Behavioral Healthcare Professionals since May 2017, after progressing from an HR Assistant role. Previous experience includes administrative roles at International Marketing Systems, LTD, and warehouse duties at Vanity, where responsibilities encompassed inventory management and quality control. April has contributed to projects as a Capstone Student at Ecumen, focusing on retention and recruitment strategies targeted at the millennial generation, and as an intern, assisting with daily operations and policy reviews. Additionally, April has provided customer service as a Tanning Consultant at Suntana Tanning Salon. April holds a Master's Degree in Health Care Administration from Minnesota State University Moorhead and a Bachelor's Degree in Health Services Administration from the same institution.
