Molly Lahti is an experienced HR professional currently serving as an HR Business Partner at SolutionHealth since August 2020. Prior to this role, Molly held the position of Vice President of Human Resources at Parkland Medical Center from February 2008 to May 2020, where strategic partnership with the executive team was essential in achieving operational goals within a facility of 675 employees. Previously, Molly was the Human Resources Director at All About Staffing, overseeing HR operations for HCA staffing offices in Austin, San Antonio, and El Paso from March 2003 to February 2008.
