Robert Payne is an experienced management professional currently serving as the Manager of Enterprise Software Implementation at Solution Tree since February 2022, where responsibilities include overseeing ERP/Back Office solution implementations and collaborating with department leaders. Prior to this role, Robert held various positions at the School City of Hammond from June 2009 to August 2021, including Special Education Technology Manager, where responsibilities encompassed device and asset management, technology solutions design, and staff training across multiple campuses. Robert also has experience as a Technician, providing hardware and software support, and as a Bilingual Teacher, specializing in English/Language Arts for ESL students. Robert holds a Bachelor’s degree in History from Indiana University Bloomington, a Master of Science in Information Technology Project Management from Purdue University, and a PhD in Communication and Information Sciences from The University of Alabama.
