Nara Saddi de Paiva has extensive experience in human resources management, currently serving as Diretora de Recursos Humanos at Soluti Digital since July 2016, where responsibilities include overseeing people management and performance. Previously, Nara held the position of Gerente de Recursos Humanos at Cevel Fiat from June 2011 to July 2016, leading a talented team that transformed various HR subareas, while also functioning as an internal consultant and coach. Nara's career in HR began as Gestora de RH at Dinâmica Engenharia from May 2009 to June 2011, where the human resources department and its subsystems were established. Academically, Nara holds a Master's degree in Organizational Psychology from Universidade de Brasília, along with various qualifications in business administration and psychological assessment.
