Shahbaj Ansari is an experienced IT professional with a strong background in server management and technical support. Currently serving as an IT Server Specialist at SoluSoft Corporation since July 2016, Shahbaj possesses expertise in configuring and managing Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, file servers, FTP, VPN servers, and Exchange servers. Prior to this role, Shahbaj worked as a Technical Support Specialist at IMSI India Pvt. Ltd., supporting the ADANI Group of companies and managing over 2000 users. Early in the career, Shahbaj served as a System Administrator at ECS Infotech P Ltd., where responsibilities included server health reporting and user configuration. Shahbaj holds an M.Sc. in Information Technology with a focus on Network and System Administration from Gujarat University, complemented by a BCA in Computer Software Engineering.
