Manish Arutla started their career as an Operational Trainee at Oberoi Hotels & Resorts in 2008. Manish then worked as an Information Technology Associate at Wipro BPS from April 2010 to August 2010. In September 2010, they joined Synchrony as a Lead Analyst and held that role until November 2018. In December 2018, they began working as a Project Manager at Solunus, Inc.

Manish Arutla completed their Bachelor's degree in Restaurant, Culinary, and Catering Management/Manager from the Indian Institute of Hotel Management & Culinary Arts from 2004 to 2007. Prior to that, they attended Sri Chaitanya Junior College from 2002 to 2004, where they obtained their IPE degree in MPC (Mathematics, Physics, and Chemistry).

In addition to their formal education, Manish has also obtained several certifications. In December 2019, they became a Salesforce Certified Sales Cloud Consultant through Salesforce. In July 2019, they achieved the Salesforce Certified Administrator (SCA) certification, also from Salesforce. Furthermore, in February 2018, they obtained the Certified Scrum Product Owner (CSPO) certification from Scrum Alliance.
