Felino Agustiawan is an experienced enterprise engineer currently working at Solugenix since July 2022, providing technical support for CyberArk applications. Prior experience includes serving as a senior support engineer at PT. EP-TEC Solutions Indonesia from February 2014 to July 2022, where responsibilities included leading installation teams, managing technical operations, and overseeing network and data backup systems. Felino also held positions as a senior technical support engineer and technical support engineer, focusing on network design and product installation. Earlier roles include marketing support in project management for educational technology installations and network support roles involving troubleshooting and system repairs. Felino holds a Bachelor of Technology in Information Technology from Universitas Bina Nusantara, achieved in 2000.
