Ankit Sahu is a Software Engineer at Solugenix, where responsibilities include leading the development of end-to-end Customer Service Management (CSM) and IT Service Management (ITSM) solutions since March 2023. Prior experience at Infosys from January 2021 to March 2023 includes roles as Senior Systems Engineer and System Engineer, focusing on implementing ITSM solutions and developing custom applications for various clients. Ankit holds a Bachelor of Engineering in Mechanical Engineering from Madhav Institute of Technology and Science, Gwalior, completed in September 2020.
