Kyle Reich is an accomplished technology professional with a solid background in software engineering and team leadership. As Solution Lead at Solü Technology Partners since 2017, Kyle oversees a hybrid team of seven, facilitating engineering management and technical leadership. Previous roles include full-stack development at Wellington Steele & Associates, Inc., and ROC IT Solutions, as well as software engineering positions at Harris RF Communications and the National Security Agency. Kyle has also held leadership roles in real estate and construction, showcasing a diverse skillset that includes financial consulting and entrepreneurial management. Educational qualifications include a BS in Computer Engineering from Kettering University and an advanced degree from the University of Rochester's Simon Business School.
