Karen Kemp is an experienced sales and marketing professional with a strong background in the assisted living and banking sectors. Currently serving as the Regional Sales & Marketing Director at Solterra Companies since August 2020, Karen previously held roles as Director of Marketing & Community Relations and Community Marketing Manager at BridgeWater Assisted Living from January 2018 to August 2020. Prior to that, Karen was VP of Retail Banking at Pinnacle Bank (AZ) from September 2014 to December 2017, and served as Assistant Vice President at Bank of America from September 1992 to September 2014.
