Zack Dannawi is an experienced Automation Engineer currently employed at SOLTECH since November 2020. Previously, Zack held similar positions at Experience LLC, where an end-to-end testing framework for a mobile ticketing application was built using Cypress and JavaScript, and at IBM Watson Media, where responsibilities included debugging complex customer issues and implementing full automation of manual test cases, significantly reducing regression testing time. Zack's career began as a Project Manager at Monkey Coders and an intern at The Creative Momentum, where QA testing and website content updates were performed. Zack also completed a student internship at AT&T and holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science from Georgia State University, earned between 2013 and 2015.
