Jolene Troidl has extensive experience in talent acquisition and recruiting. Jolene is currently serving as the Talent Acquisition Team Lead at SOLTECH, where they are responsible for recruiting and hiring IT candidates for both internal and external positions. Prior to joining SOLTECH, Jolene worked at Levi, Ray & Shoup, Inc. (LRS) as a Recruiting Supervisor, where they managed a recruiting team, trained new recruiters, and hired candidates for IT positions. Jolene also worked as a Senior Technical Recruiter at Midwest Consulting Group and LRS, where they successfully recruited and hired candidates for various IT positions. Throughout their career, Jolene has demonstrated expertise in full-cycle recruiting, sourcing candidates, and building relationships with both candidates and hiring managers.

Jolene Troidl earned a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration and Human Resources from the University of Nebraska at Omaha from 2004 to 2008. In addition, they obtained certifications as a Certified Professional Services Recruiter from TechServe Alliance in December 2014 and as a LinkedIn Certified Professional-Recruiter from LinkedIn in December 2013.
