Juan José Martínez González

Firmware Developer at Soltec Trackers

Juan José Martínez González has work experience as a Firmware Developer at Soltec Trackers since February 2020. In this role, they are responsible for developing and maintaining firmware for industrial renewable energy systems. Juan José works with microcontrollers such as Microchip (PIC24 and PIC32), STM32, and nRF52. Juan José also develops bash scripts for Linux and works with baremetal and FreeRTOS.

Prior to their current position, Juan worked as an Automation Engineer at Universidad de Almería from February 2018 to October 2019. In this role, they programmed SCADA and HMI systems in C/C++ for plant automation control. Juan José was involved in the commissioning of the plant for the project sabana.

Juan's work experience also includes a firmware development internship at Trainingym from May 2017 to October 2017. In this role, they worked with ARM architecture to develop services for wearables such as touch screens and heart rate monitors, using C/C++.

Overall, Juan has gained expertise in firmware development, automation programming, and ARM architecture throughout their work experience.

Juan José Martínez González completed their education from 2011 to 2013 at IES EL ARGAR, where they pursued a degree in CFGS Desarrollo de productos electrónicos. Subsequently, from 2013 to 2019, they attended Universidad de Almería, where they obtained a Grado en Ingeniería Electrónica Industrial y Automática.
