Amy Torres has a diverse work experience spanning from 2008 to present. Their most recent role is as a People and Organization Manager NA at Soltec, starting in February 2022. Prior to that, they worked as a Human Resources Manager at Armor Express from January 2020 to February 2022. From May 2018 to January 2020, they served as an HR Specialist - Compensation, Benefits & HRIS at ModusLink. Amy also gained experience as an HR Coordinator at HOTELPRO from August 2017 to May 2018. Before that, they worked as a Business Coordinator at McCain Foods from June 2015 to April 2017. Amy has also worked as an HR Consultant as a Freelancer from January 2012 to December 2014. Amy started their career as a Human Resources Intern at Municipio Autónomo de Caguas from November 2010 to March 2011 and then as an Administrative Assistant at Vernet, Inc. in 2008.

Amy Torres completed their education at various institutions. Amy attended the University of Puerto Rico's Humacao Campus from 2004 to 2009, where they obtained a Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) degree with a specialization in International Business. Following this, from 2009 to 2011, they pursued a Master of Business Administration (MBA) at the Interamerican University of Puerto Rico Metro Campus with a focus on Human Resources Management/Personnel Administration.

Amy's educational journey continued at the Facultad de Derecho Universidad Interamericana de Puerto Rico from 2011 to 2016. During this period, they earned a Doctor of Law (J.D.) degree, specializing in Labor Law and Criminal Law.
