Olivier Racine has a diverse work experience in the field of Human Resources. Olivier started working as a Coordonnateur technique at Les Productions Mirage in March 2013. After that, they joined Solotech Inc. in December 2014 as a Partenaire d'affaires ressources humaines. In this role, they provided support to the management team on various HR matters and implemented different HR programs and policies. Olivier then progressed to the role of Human Resources Manager in March 2021, where they were responsible for strategic tasks such as coaching, decision-making support, conflict management, and organizational analysis. Currently, Olivier serves as the Human Resources Director at Solotech Inc. starting from February 2022.

Olivier Racine, CRHA completed their Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) in Human Resources Management from ?cole des sciences de la gestion (ESG UQAM) from 2012 to 2015. Prior to that, they obtained their Dipl?me d'¨¦tudes coll¨¦giales in Gestion et Techniques de sc¨¨ne from C¨¦gep de la Pocati¨¨re - CEC de Montmagny from 2010 to 2012. Additionally, in May 2015, they obtained the certification of Conseiller en ressources humaines agr¨¦¨¦ from the Ordre des conseillers en ressources humaines agr¨¦¨¦s.
