Lungile Moretlo is a seasoned professional in customer service and telemarketing with extensive experience in the logistics and telecommunications sectors. Currently serving as a Telemarketer at Soloplan GmbH since June 2023, Lungile has held the role of Contact Center Manager for Customs Affairs at DHL Express South Africa since August 2017, overseeing a large team and ensuring effective shipment pre-clearance and high-quality customer service.
