Nathaniel Vassar is a seasoned professional in the solar and geophysical fields, currently serving as a Commercial PV Designer at SOLON Corporation since April 2020. Previous experience includes key roles such as Residential Design Manager and Commercial Lead Designer at Avila Solar, and various design and analytical positions at Sunrun and American Solar Direct. Nathaniel has a strong data analysis background from the Earth Research Institute at UCSB and has engaged in seismic research, contributing to publications and participating in industry competitions. With a Bachelor's Degree in Geophysics from UC Santa Barbara, Nathaniel has also conducted ecological research and developed experimental designs for soil ecology projects during undergraduate studies.
