Bill Kammer is an accomplished legal professional with extensive experience in electronic discovery and trial law. Currently serving as Chair of the Steering Committee for the San Diego ESI Forum, Bill has been instrumental in educating judges and lawyers on electronic discovery issues since April 2012. As a partner and eDiscovery consultant at Solomon Ward Seidenwurm & Smith LLP since February 2004, Bill leads the firm's ESI Services Group. Bill's roles have included serving as a mediator and arbitrator for the American Arbitration Association, past president of the San Diego Law Library Foundation, and an associate at the American Board of Trial Advocates. With a strong academic background, Bill holds a JD from Tulane University Law School and has previously taught at the University of San Diego School of Law. Bill's legal career began at Gray Cary Ames & Frye (now DLA Piper), where significant leadership experience was gained as a partner and Litigation Department chair.
