Yunfeng Lu is a seasoned engineer with extensive experience in firmware and software design, embedded systems, and digital hardware development. Currently serving as a Senior Engineer in Firmware/Software Design at Hong Kong Applied Science and Technology Research Institute Company Limited since March 2016, Yunfeng is skilled in implementing FPGA-accelerated embedded CNNs using Vivado High-Level Synthesis and has proficiency in machine learning frameworks like Keras and TensorFlow. Previous roles include Senior System Design Engineer at Solomon Systech Limited and Senior Engineer at Nix International, where responsibilities encompassed firmware and hardware design for mass production of digital devices based on the Android platform.
