Brian is an Associate Principal at SCB and a senior project manager specializing in complex urban residential, office, and campus projects throughout the country. During his tenure at SCB, Brian has worked in all three of the firm’s offices starting in Chicago, then San Francisco, and now Seattle, where he is part of the leadership team. He is active in the firm’s Office Research & Development group and SCB’s construction administration standards.
Brian has managed and lent his technical expertise to a variety of projects across the country, including 615 Eighth Avenue, a high-rise condominium tower located next to Seattle’s historic Trinity Church; 1717 Webster, a mixed-use residential development in Oakland; Telegraph Tower and Park Tower, two Class-A office developments in Oakland and San Francisco, respectively; The Summit at University City, a mixed-use student housing, dining, and retail project at Drexel University in Philadelphia; and The Bristol, a luxury condominium tower in West Palm Beach.
Brian is a member of the American Institute of Architects (AIA) and Urban Land Institute (ULI). He is NCARB certified and holds a Bachelor of Architecture with a minor in Construction Management from California Polytechnic State University, San Luis Obispo, where he remains active with the University’s internship programs.
