William Krause is an experienced technology professional currently serving as the Vice President of Customer Success at solo.io since February 2024. Prior to this role, William held several leadership positions at Circonus, including VP of Engineering and VP of Customer Success and Solutions Engineering. William began a career in software engineering at Comcast, focusing on microservices for network provisioning. As a Senior Solutions Architect at Veridium, William supported customer integrations with multifactor authentication products and developed SDKs for biometric technologies. At AppBus, William was instrumental in the company's transition to a SaaS model, leading product initiatives. Previous experience also includes roles at Tanium and SevOne Inc, where William managed customer lifecycles and provided technical support for major clients, earning recognition for outstanding performance. William holds a BA in Economics from Princeton University.
