Rodney Williams has a wealth of work experience, beginning in 2003 as Chief Executive Officer of 220 Inc. Rodney then worked as a Financial Analyst for Lockheed Martin in 2006, followed by a Business Development Analyst role in 2007. In 2008, they were an Assistant Brand Manager Intern for Procter & Gamble, and in 2009 they were promoted to Brand Management and then Senior Assistant Brand Manager. In 2015, they became a Mentor for Techstars and in 2018 they were both an Endeavor Entrepreneur and Co-Founder and Chairman of SoLo Funds. Finally, in 2019 they became a Henry Crown Fellow at the Aspen Institute.
Rodney Williams has an extensive education history. Rodney holds an MBA from Howard University in Finance & Supply Chain Management, an M.S. in Integrated Marketing Communication from West Virginia University, a B.B.A in Finance from West Virginia University, and a B.A. in Economics from West Virginia University. Rodney also graduated from Calvert Hall College High School.
