Debesh Ghosh is an experienced Operations Manager with a demonstrated history of improving operational efficiencies and reducing costs across multiple organizations. Currently at Solo Brands since July 2022, Ghosh previously held a similar position at GGS Ltd. from February 2014 to January 2022, where significant achievements included reducing raw material costs by $50K–60K and office supply costs by $20K through supplier negotiations and strategic sourcing. Ghosh implemented process improvement initiatives that enhanced production efficiency and minimized waste, improved labor efficiency through cross-training, and developed comprehensive training programs. Ghosh possesses a Bachelor of Commerce in Accounting from McGill University and has also studied at Ranchi University.
