David Arcand has extensive work experience in operations and manufacturing roles. David currently serves as the Director of Manufacturing Operations & Global Supply Chain at Solmetex, LLC, where they are responsible for managing multi-site operations, integrating business acquisitions, and developing a Quality Management System. Prior to this, they worked at Bose Corporation as a Senior Manager, leading a global engineering team and overseeing process development and new product introduction. David also held roles as a Plant Engineering Manager and Plant Manufacturing Manager, where they managed manufacturing engineering disciplines and achieved various certifications. Additionally, David Arcand gained experience at Motorola as a Manufacturing Supervisor.

David Arcand attended Purdue University, where they obtained a Bachelor of Science degree from the School of Technology. David also holds a Lean Six Sigma Green Belt certification from Air Academy Associates, which they obtained in 2008.
