Manon Marsolais has over two decades of experience in credit management, currently serving as Credit Manager at Solmax International Inc since December 2007. In this role, Manon oversees the international credit department for construction projects across North America, Asia, Europe, and the Middle East, focusing on risk assessment and maximizing company sales and profits. Prior to this, Manon was a Credit Analyst at Reebok CCM Hockey from March 2000 to December 2007, managing a portfolio of approximately $50 million, achieving a 20% reduction in accounts receivable. Earlier experience includes serving as Legal Coordinator at Diners Club International from 1993 to 1999, where responsibilities included managing over 5000 accounts under bankruptcy laws and investigating financial misconduct. Manon has received education from Canadian credit institutes.
