Neil Baker has extensive experience in the travel and insurance sectors, currently serving as the International Distribution and Connectivity Manager at Solmar Villas since June 2023. Prior to this role, Neil held the position of Commercial Director at Awaze from January 2022 to June 2023. Neil's career includes significant tenure at Hoseasons, where various roles included Account Director and Senior Property and Portfolio Manager, focusing on managing and developing national account performance from January 2012 to October 2022. Additionally, Neil has worked at Swiss Re as a Pension Administrator and at Aviva in the same capacity, gaining valuable skills in revenue and account management. Neil completed education at Paston College from 2009 to 2012.
