Dr. Popescu is a board-certified doctor who most recently served as Assistant Director in the Emergency Department at Olympia Medical Center. He got his Masters from Georgetown, a joint MD/MBA from University of Buffalo, and did his residency in emergency medicine at Buffalo, which included working at multiple clinics, the VA, and a childrenā€™s hospital with a dedicated childrenā€™s Emergency Department.
