Charlie Armitage BSc has a diverse work experience. In 2020, they were a Business Development Manager & Environmental Adviser at Solivus Ltd and a Construction Operative at Uplands Construction Ltd. In 2018, they were an Arborist at MJC Tree Surgeons Limited, a Bartender at The Cricketers Inn, and a Groundsman/Environmental Scientist at The Gaunts House Charitable Foundation Limited. In 2017, they were a Student at Bournemouth University. In 2016, they were a Game Ranger at Kwantu Private Game Reserve. In 2014, they were a Student at Bournemouth University and in 2013, they were a Sales Associate at TK Maxx.

Charlie Armitage attended Swanmore college of technology (now Swanmore school CoE) from 2006 to 2011, where they completed their high school education. From 2011 to 2013, they attended Peter Symonds college and obtained a sixth form college degree in Business studies, Environmental science, Geography and General studies. Finally, from 2014 to 2018, they attended Bournemouth University and obtained a Bachelor's Degree in Environmental Science.
