Ashley Connell has held several roles in their work experience. Ashley began their career at Memorial Hermann Health System in 2008 as a Radiologic Technologist and later became the Lead Mammography Technologist. Ashley worked in this role until 2019. In 2019, Ashley joined Solis Mammography as a Center Director and later took on the role of Regional Director of Operations. Ashley'scurrent position at Solis Mammography is Regional Director of Operations, where they have been since June 2022.

Ashley Connell, MHA, RT(R)(M) began their education in the field of Radiology at Houston Community College, where they obtained an Associate's degree in 2008. Ashley furthered their education by pursuing a Master of Health Administration in Health/Health Care Administration/Management at AdventHealth University from 2017 to 2020. Additionally, they are a Licensed Radiological Technologist, having obtained this certification from Houston Community College in August 2008.
