Natasha Bazilev has a diverse work experience that spans from 2013 to 2019. From 2013 to 2014, they worked as a Barista at Starbucks and a Database Management at SIRC. In 2016, they were a Research & Communications Volunteer at the Community Addictions Peer Support Association. In 2018, they were a Marketing, Communications, and Outreach Coordinator at the Canadian Museums Association. In 2019, they worked as a Revenue Operations Manager, Sales Operations & Enablement Manager, and Sales Ops Coordinator at Solink, and also attended the United Nations Office on Drugs and Crime as an attendee.

Natasha Bazilev has a diverse educational background. Natasha began their educational journey in 2013, when they obtained an Hons. Bachelor of Science from Carleton University, majoring in Biochemistry and Psychology, with a minor in Art History. Natasha also attended the Ottawa School of Art from 2015 to 2018, where they obtained a Fine Arts degree in Painting. In 2019, they began a Master's Candidate program at Queen's University, which they are currently enrolled in.
