Ashley Diamond has had a varied work experience over the past 8 years. Ashley began their career in 2015 as an Administrative Assistant at MB3 INC. In 2016, they took on a role as a Cashier at Canadian Tire Corporation. From 2017 to 2019, they worked at bespoke cycle in various roles including Director of Administration, Instructor, General Manager, and Front Desk Associate. In 2019, they began working as a Teacher at Conseil scolaire francophone provincial (CSFP). In 2022, they changed roles and began teaching at Ottawa-Carleton District School Board (OCDSB). Ashley is currently employed as a Project Manager at Solink, a position they have held since 2023.

Ashley Diamond has a diverse educational background. Ashley began their studies in 2014, earning a Bachelor of Science in Pure Mathematics from Memorial University of Newfoundland. Ashley then continued their studies at Memorial University of Newfoundland, obtaining a Bachelor of Education in Intermediate/Secondary Education in 2018-2019. In 2020, they began a Master of Education in Curriculum, Teaching & Learning Studies, which they are expected to complete in 2023. In addition, in 2014 they obtained a DELF B2 certification from the Ministère de l'Éducation nationale, de la Jeunesse et des Sports.
