Salar Rana has a diverse work experience spanning several companies and roles. Salar began their career at Quad Infotech Inc. in 2005, where they held various positions including Business Consultant, Project Manager, and ultimately Product Owner. In 2017, they joined IndustryBuilt Software as a Project Manager, and later transitioned to the role of Senior Project Manager. In 2019, Salar joined Aptean as Manager / PMO, PS, and eventually became the Director of PS before leaving in 2021. In 2022, they joined Delbridge Solutions as the Senior Practice Director, PS, and is currently in this role. In 2023, Salar will be joining Solifi as the Director of Operations and Analytics.

Salar Rana attended George S Henry from 1993 to 1998. Salar then pursued an Honors degree in Marketing at York University's Faculty of Liberal Arts & Professional Studies from 1998 to 2003. In addition, Salar Rana holds additional certifications, including the Canadian Securities Certification from the Canadian Securities Institute and the Project Management Professional certification from the Project Management Institute. No specific timing is provided for when these certifications were obtained.
