John VanBuskirk's work experience includes holding the role of Division Vice President/Business Manager at AMETEK Solidstate Controls since October 2022. John also has experience as the Principal of JVB Consulting, LLC in 2022. Prior to that, they worked at Parker Hannifin, where they held various roles such as GM, Hydraulic Pump and Power Systems and VP, Fluid Control and Life Sciences Platform. John also served as VP, Climate Control Platform and GM, Chelsea Products Division at Parker Hannifin. Before joining Parker Hannifin, John worked at The Timken Company as GM, Marketing/Business Development. John started their career at GE, specifically GE Plastics, where they worked for 13 years.

John VanBuskirk has a Bachelor of Science (BS) in Chemical Engineering from Purdue University. John also has a Master of Science (MS) in Business Administration from the Purdue University Daniels School of Business. Additionally, John has completed an executive education program in Strategic Negotiations at the Harvard Business School.
