Uwe Decker has a long and successful career in the footwear industry. Starting with Schuh-Union AG in 1989, Uwe worked their way up to become Head of Sales Remonte. Uwe then held various leadership positions at Josef Seibel Schuhfabrik GmbH, including Division Manager Development Procurement Sales, Head of Product Management, and Head of Sales. Subsequently, Uwe joined Sioux GmbH as Head of Sales before becoming Head of Productdevelopment women shoes and Head of Sales at Salamander GmbH. Currently, Uwe is the CEO of Solidschuhwerk GmbH.
