Manisha Shah is an experienced agricultural professional with a strong background in program management and operations. Currently serving as Assistant Manager- Sugarcane at Solidaridad Network since May 2022, Manisha previously held the position of Assistant Program Manager at Tanager from May 2019 to April 2022, where responsibilities included the implementation of the Mangal Moongfali Pariyojana project, conducting aflatoxin research, and developing training modules. Prior to this, Manisha worked as Manager- Operations at Grow Graft Plant Technology from October 2016 to April 2019, specializing in grafting vegetable plants to enhance production. Manisha holds a Post Graduate Diploma in Agribusiness Management from the National Institute of Agricultural Marketing and a Bachelor of Science in Agriculture from Govind Ballabh Pant University of Agriculture & Technology.
