Aquil Ahmad is an experienced professional with a diverse background in program management and community mobilization. Currently serving as a Field Program Officer at Solidaridad Network since January 2022, Aquil focuses on improving work practices within the leather industry through Occupational Health and Safety measures, community awareness programs, and stakeholder engagement. Prior to this role, Aquil held the position of Manager MIS & Project at Skills Development Mission, overseeing program monitoring and mobilization efforts. Previous experience includes serving as Deputy Child Health Manager at NIPI and as a Block Mobilization Coordinator for SM Network UNICEF, where involvement in reproductive and child health initiatives was key. Aquil holds an MBA in Human Resources Management from Sikkim Manipal University and a postgraduate degree in Social Sciences from Kanpur University.
