Apollo's career began at Saatchi & Saatchi as a Senior Human Resources Recruiter from September 2005 to June 2010, after which Apollo worked as a Human Resources Intern at Publicis Groupe from June 2004 to August 2005. Apollo earned a Bachelor of Business Administration in International Business from the National Kapodistrian University of Athens, completing the degree in 2004.
