Justine Taudien is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in talent acquisition and healthcare administration. Currently serving as a Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist at Solid Power, Inc. since April 2022, Justine has played a crucial role in enhancing the company's recruitment processes within the innovative battery industry. Prior to this, Justine held multiple positions at Pediatrix Medical Group from December 2016 to April 2022, including Newborn Hearing Screen Site Supervisor, managing operations across five hospitals, and Newborn Hearing Screen Coordinator at two specific facilities. Justine began a career in education as a Substitute Teacher for grades K-8 at St. Louis Catholic School and also provided childcare services. Earlier in the career, Justine worked as a Project/Test Engineer at United Technologies Optical Systems, overseeing significant budgets and technical projects.
