Service Desk Team Lead at Solid Networks

Mac Kay has worked in a variety of roles since 2005. From 2005-2006, Mac Kay worked as a Sales Manager at Slim Devices, where they answered pre-sales questions for customers and resolved customer order issues. In 2006, Mac Kay moved to Logitech, where they worked as a Sales Manager for the Streaming Media Services group. From 2007-2009, Mac Kay worked at VUDU, Inc. as Sales and Support, providing pre-sales support to potential customers and training to new customer service staff. At Edcon, Inc. from 2009-2010, Mac Kay worked as a Technical System Manager, helping to build websites, rebuilding computers, and designing and implementing a new network infrastructure. From 2010-2013, Mac Kay was a Sales Coordinator and Sales Engineer at Rio Networks, where they processed incoming orders, reviewed for accuracy and service compatibility, and created internet and telephony solutions. Lastly, from 2018-present, Mac Kay has been working at Solid Networks, Inc. as a Service Desk Team Lead and Service Desk Specialist.

Mac Kay attended De Anza College from 1997 to 2002, studying Computer Science. Mac also holds certifications from LogicMonitor, Inc. (2019), Front Sight Firearms Training Institute (2014, 2010), and ADTRAN (2012).
