Meghan Soustek-Kramer's work experience starts in 2014 as a Postdoctoral Research Fellow at Dana-Farber Cancer Institute, where they worked until 2018. In 2018, they joined Solid Biosciences as a Research Scientist and was later promoted to Senior Scientist. Currently, they hold the position of Principal Scientist at Solid Biosciences.

Meghan Soustek-Kramer completed their education at the University of Florida from 2008 to 2014, earning a Doctor of Philosophy - PhD degree in Molecular Genetics.
