Zachary Nelson is an IT Systems Engineer at SOLiD since July 2022, specializing in endpoint protection implementation and managing device upgrades and patches. Previously, as an Information Technology Specialist at Maize USD 266 from May 2021 to July 2022, Zachary performed PC imaging and troubleshooting for various hardware and software issues. Earlier experience includes working as a Helpdesk Employee at Hendrix College from August 2017 to April 2019, providing technical support for computer systems and networks.
