Tom Kloiber has extensive experience in finance and operations. Tom is currently serving as the Chief Financial Officer at Soliant since January 2020. Prior to this role, they held several positions at Adecco, including SVP Finance - Healthcare, Finance & Office Staffing Divisions from November 2017 to January 2020, SVP Finance & Operations - Soliant Health Division from May 2017 to November 2017, and Interim Financial Controller - Adecco North America Headquarters from June 2017 to October 2017. Before joining Adecco, Tom worked as the VP Finance & Operations - Soliant Health Division from 2002 to 2017. Tom also has experience as VP Structured Finance at Citigroup from July 1998 to March 2002, Senior Consultant at Lighthouse Group from 1996 to 1998, Operations Specialist at American Automobile Assoc from August 1994 to July 1996, and Senior Auditor at Deloitte & Touche from September 1990 to November 1993.

Tom Kloiber obtained a Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Accounting from the University of Virginia, where they studied from 1985 to 1990. Prior to that, they completed their secondary education at Jupiter High School from 1981 to 1985. In addition to their formal education, Tom Kloiber holds certifications such as the Executive Data Science Specialization from Coursera and is also a Certified Public Accountant in the State of Georgia.
